My journey began in the healing arts as I followed my passion for massage and somatic therapies, quickly moving from traditional techniques to holistic, transcendental experiences. Adding Tantra to my personal yoga and life practice opened a new chapter, especially as I integrated practices that support healthy sexual relationships, conscious embodiment, and empowered intimacy. Over the years, I’ve studied with extraordinary teachers from both Eastern and Western traditions, blending ancient wisdom and modern science to create a unique approach to pleasure, personal growth, and authentic connection.

Education is important to me and forms a solid foundation for my practice. I am a Certified Massage Therapist, a graduate of the Ecstatic Awareness Institute’s Tantric Dakini Mentorship, and an Advanced Certified Tantra Educator from the Source School of Tantra Yoga. I earned my certification as a Sexological Bodyworker in San Francisco, and completed transformational coaching programs to bring leadership and life coaching wisdom into my sessions.

My approach is gentle, inclusive, and trauma-sensitive. Whether you are a woman, man, or couple seeking more presence, pleasure, and emotional safety, I hold space for your real self to emerge. I combine breathwork, touch, communication skills, and somatic education to help you release tension, let go of shame, and rediscover joy in your body and relationships. From empowering women to embody their pleasure, guiding men to new forms of relaxation, or supporting couples in partnership, my sessions are always tailored to your unique journey and aspirations.

I have lived and practiced in Santa Cruz for many years, inspired by the vibrant local wellness community and natural beauty of this place. My own story of awakening includes years of study in Vancouver, Santa Cruz, and beyond, weaving together yoga, meditation, tantra, and healing arts. Every client brings a new adventure, and I delight in helping people reclaim their power, voice, and sensual wisdom.

My intention is to create relationships and spaces free of blame and criticism, filled instead with appreciation, creativity, and freedom.
